We build every academy the same way: community-first, debt-free, no bank loans. Founding Members are the people who make each academy real. Their commitment funds the instructor's 14-day professional certification through Strategic Operations Alliance (near Chicago, IL), secures the training facility, and covers the first year of operations — before we spend a dollar of outside money. When 30 Founding Members commit in a territory, that academy opens. It's that direct.
